Non-refundable purchases
Digital access is delivered instantly after successful payment. Purchases are non-refundable after purchase except where required by law or in verified billing-error cases.
Billing errors
We review duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, and verified failed delivery. Contact support@vaultorabackup.com with the receipt and relevant details.
Cancellation limits
A one-time purchase cannot be cancelled after digital access is delivered. Ending use does not create a refund right.
