Vaultora provides cloud file protection, guided setup, and plan-based support. A backup is not complete until the service shows successful protection.
Customer responsibility
You must maintain account security, choose eligible files, keep devices connected when needed, and verify backup status.
Availability
We work to provide reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access or recovery of files that were never successfully backed up.
